Returns & Refunds

We’re proud to offer high-quality, made-to-order apparel designed with adventure in mind. Because each item is created just for you, we ask that you read our return policy carefully.

⏳ 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Personalized Items Only)

We accept returns for non-personalized, non-sale items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@trailtrekthreads.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g. items with names, quotes, or special designs)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/sale items

Once an order is placed for a personalized item, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your spelling, color, and size selections before checkout.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@trailtrekthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund — whichever is appropriate.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If eligible, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order.


🌍 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the above conditions (unused, with tags and packaging).


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
